Aralab produces a line of advanced environmental chambers for environment testing in cutting-edge sectors such as the automotive or aeronautics industry. From the need to renew of one of its main products, Aralab challenged Almadesign to develop a new identity for the brand’s products, applicable to the product range. The design intervention helped to reposition technical components and proposed new colors and finishes, providing for a modern and minimal design language, differentiated by a shiny black front element in the shape of a “test tube”. This element integrates the brand identity and the different interaction elements – window into the interior, control panel and warning lights – reinforcing brand positioning in the area of cutting-edge research. From this project, Almadesign also supported Aralab in the homogenization and development of a new design language for other product families.
