Modseat revealed at Innotrans

The ongoing Modseat project was presented at InnoTrans 2018. The ModSeat consortium created an innovative, modular, versatile and customizable intercity train seat prototype.

The project seeks to meet the future demands of public transport, to reduce weight and increase comfort, through innovative materials and manufacturing processes. The Modseat project brings together companies and R&D groups from the Portuguese railway sector to showcase the know-how and technological competence of the various participants.
