The IBUS project is an innovative concept to develop systems and solutions for Tourism coaches. For the project two passenger seats were developed from biomorphic design inspiration: the Raia seat, sleek and comfortable showcases the future of bus seats. The Shark seat is a premium, comfortable seat fully equipped. A front partition was also developed to improve space, passenger capacity and comfort. The luggage rack modular system is inspired by aeronautical solutions - individual slots and doors - for passenger safety. The project resulted from a partnership joining Caetano Components, Amorim Cork Composites, Couro Azul, SET and INEGI, with the participation of CaetanoBus and Almadesign, technically supported by Robbialac, MNAC and Funtoro.
