LIFE is the materialization of a conceptual vision for the future business and executive aircraft, using natural materials. The interior design is combined through a language inspired by organic structures in a symbiosis between natural and artificial elements. The solutions developed are oriented towards the use of lightweight, comfortable and natural materials. This initiative was made possible by a consortium of companies: Amorim Cork Composites, Couro Azul, INEGI and SET. The consortium included the participation of Embraer and Almadesign, and collaboration of Sernis and Caiado. The LIFE project won the international award Crystal Cabin Award 2012 in the "Visionary Concepts" category and was used as a case study on OECD project - Green Growth & Eco-Innovation.
