Almadesign has also helped to develop spaces for customer service and support, where technical assistance and returns are carried out. Based on the information gathered in various stores, according to customer needs and operation, Almadesign collaborated on the design of the Worten Resolve stand-alone service, developing the furniture design based on a modular strategy that allows to reduce costs by the systematization of the solutions and adaptation to different store layouts. The Resolve concept also included the joint development of the signage system, the visualization of the environments and the modulation for different store layout implementation.
